These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SniperDash and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Agentry Global (OPC) Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using SniperDash, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SniperDash is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate analytical reports based on ICT (Inner Circle Trader) concepts, including but not limited to: daily bias, premium/discount zones, IPDA ranges, order blocks, fair value gaps, and SMT divergence — applied to major forex currency pairs.

The Service is strictly an informational and educational tool. It does not:

• Execute, place, or manage trades on your behalf.
• Provide personalised financial, investment, or trading advice.
• Guarantee any level of trading accuracy, profit, or performance.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on SniperDash or this website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other professional advice. All analysis, bias reports, and zone markings are generated for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading foreign exchange involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before trading. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified and licensed financial adviser before making any trading or investment decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You use the Service at your own risk and sole discretion.
• You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any output of the Service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and analysis generated by SniperDash is the property of Agentry Global (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agentry Global (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any trading losses incurred in reliance on analysis provided by SniperDash.

8. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
